    What is Nova Exchange?

    Nova Standard Crypto Exchange is an exchange platform with a wide range of crypto assets available for trading. We trade from three base markets and we make a particular point of providing excellent and available support.

    Is my personal information protected while using Nova Exchange?

    Yes, it is. Attack-proof encryption is used by the system that excludes any threat of access or forgery of the electronic wallets and accounts. Bitcoin and other assets are strongly protected and cryptoassets do not save any personal data of the owners and their electronic wallets. Nova Exchange does not share or distribute any information of its users in any way.

    Are there any fees for using Nova Exchange?

    The Nova Exchange platform enables trading and charge a commission from the trades. The commission amount might depend on the asset type. However, our standard and most common fee is 0.2%.

    How quickly does Support Team respond to a request/ticket?

    You, the user, and helping you is our top focus. We do our work with this question in mind: "How long would we, ourselves, like to wait for a response?". Response time may vary depending on the time of day and in what timezone you are located, but make no mistake about it; we really want to get to what is worrying you, and solve that issue.

    Can I change the email associated with my account?

    Changing the associated email is possible; You can do so by visiting this page: Change email. Insert your new email and then verify it from your old one. If you cannot access the old email, you have to contact support.

    Are there countries Nova cannot provide service to at the moment?

    As a business, we must comply with international and local law. The law is there to prevent criminal activity, like money laundering and human trafficking.
    Also, we as a business, want to comply with the law.

    If we were to disregard the law, we wouldn't be able to provide a safe environment to make trades and store assets, and that is the foundation of our business.
